Scotland is full of women with untapped potential, creativity and entrepreneurial ambition. But you’re now part of a movement working to change that…
We know big things can happen in community and, more importantly, small groups so let’s get you into one.

The Small, Powerful Groups movement began within WEvolution, a pioneering organisation that supported women to form resourceful, accountable communities and grow their ideas together.
Although WEvolution closed in January 2026, its story, learning and resources continue to live on through the WEvolution legacy website.
At the same time, Small, Powerful Groups continues as a living community, now facilitated by the Leadership Collective — women from within the community who have stepped forward to train as facilitators, hold the space, and support the ongoing care and development of the network.
The Leadership Collective welcomes anyone who feels they may be able to support the community — whether through skills, ideas, connections or funding. You can get in touch with them by emailing smallpowerfulgroups@gmail.com or by joining the community for free via their Circle platform and app.
